RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.

Refunds & Exchanges are only applicable in the rare event that we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you have to ship anything back that costs over $50, you will need to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY

**We ship worldwide  Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.    

*Rush orders will be sent the same day (if possible) or the next business day.Vaerose Collection is off on Saturday and Sunday so weekend orders will only be shipped on Monday’s.  

All orders will be shipped by USPS & will require a signature at the time of delivery  If you provided a valid email address at time of purchase, tracking info will be sent to you 24-48 hours after your order has been processed and shipped.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or delays declared by shipping company.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your payments and order to be processed. Payments process Monday-Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday. When purchasing custom wigs, the processing time is 7-12 business days as they are custom made to order and require more time to make.

Process time may vary when ordering during a sale due to high volume. If your located outside the US, once shipped your package should arrive within 7-10 business days.  

Please be aware we are not responsible for any custom fees or import tax that your country may bill to you.  We are not responsible for any damages that may have been caused by the shipping courier.  

If the client is not present during the time of delivery, the client is responsible for contacting the USPS in reference to their package.  In the unlikely event that the product is not received or can not be found after tracking is sent the client must contact “Vaerose Collection LLC”  “Vaerose Collection LLC” is not responsible for product shipped to incorrect location.

 Please note that during the holiday, shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of holiday package deliveries. Rest assured your order will ship out as soon as possible.

“Vaerose Collection LLC” is not responsible for conditions which may negatively impact the product during shipment. “Vaerose Collection LLC” is not held liable for misplaced product after product is signed for. “Vaerose Collection LLC” will not be held accountable for failure to receive or refusal of product during delivery. “Vaerose Collection LLC” is NOT responsible for any refunds due to the clients refusal upon delivery.
